Microsoft Dynamics CRM

For anyone familiar with Microsoft (who isn't) this powerful CRM application has the familiar look and feel of Microsoft Exchange and the desktop applications.

 

It delivers comprehensive and advanced CRM capability, for example to set up accounts/companies and contacts within, and a suite of marketing, sales and customer services functionality.

 

Advanced functions like Workflow can be set up, to route tasks through an organisation to completion.

 

Dynamics would be more likely to fit an organisation with a larger marketing and sales team, of say 5-25 plus, where the additional functionality would fit better to support a larger team and division of tasks.

 

Other applications would need to be chosen for website content management and e-commerce as there are beyond the scope of this CRM package.

 

Infusionsoft and Business Catalyst for example both have website and e-commerce support, and support an organisation with say 1-5 people, but they are not as strong as Microsoft in the pure CRM area.
